1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I would absolutely love to travel to you for your special day! Keep in mind, pricing will vary based on travel costs.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, absolutely! I'm here to help and assist as needed to make sure everything goes smoothly so we capture this beautiful moment authentically and worry free. This can include location scouting, cultivating a secret plan, and finalizing logistics and timing. This is followed up by post engagement portraits.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

To reserve your session or event date, a 25% retainer is required. This secures your date and covers lost booking opportunities; therefore, it is non-refundable. However, one reschedule is permitted if made within 72 hours of your scheduled session. The retainer will then go toward your new date once you reschedule. Just canceling will forfeit your retainer fee.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, you can easily navigate to buying prints through your delivered digital gallery!

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I have trusty videographers, should you need one for your special day!

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes yes yes! We are working together to create images that you will LOVE. Your ideas are more than welcome.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I'm always happy to connect beforehand to make sure you feel comfortable and excited going into your session. For most portrait sessions, we can chat via phone, text, or FaceTime to go over your vision, outfits, and any questions you may have.

For weddings or larger events, I typically schedule a consultation call (or in-person meeting if you're local) to go over timeline, details, and expectations for your big day!

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos! The editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks for portraits, whereas weddings can take 6-8 weeks. This all depends on the session type, volume of images, and the complexity of editing required.
